it cast shadows from the balcony into the living room and was inviting us to venture out.
Today the Greek Orthodox Church celebrates the Holiday of St. Sophia and her three daughter's
Faith, Hope and Love (Agape).
Therefore anyone who was baptized with any of these names celebrates their Holiday.
Needless to say the first phone call this morning was to my sister Sophia to wish her many happy returns.
Ron and I took a ride on our sky blue hot rod ATV to town, needed to get a few things.
The weather was as usual wonderful, all the clouds were gone and too bad the island did not get a well needed rain. It is deceiving as it is so green one would think that this is not the case.
One of the local store owners told us it rained 3 times last year!
Some of the pictures we took from the town that is built on a pretty steep hill.
As we were walking around the neighborhood we passed by the local medical center,
it was pristine and very pleasant, so now we know were it is! Hopefully we will not be visiting
this particular building no matter how attractive it is.
We also walked along the water, we wondered how large must be the boat that uses this inflatable that Ron was looking at, it must be enormous.
Some more of the yachts that were moored near by for the day.
We left the house later that afternoon and went to town to watch the sunset.

As we were entering the town I managed a few shots while in the ATV, hence my reflection on the mirror.
It looks like the moon is almost full what a pleasure it must be for all the people on the boats, it's wonderful looking at it's reflection on the water.
All of a sudden the sky was on fire, colors flooded the port town and the sea, it reflected on the whitewashed houses as if by magic nature decided to magically change the entire early evening scene.
And then in minutes the colors changed and calmed down giving us another beautiful show.
On the way back, I started again taking pictures, it was hard not to.
